Cancellation Policy

All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Under extreme circumstances we will consider a partial refund that will not exceed 70% of the deposit. If we are already in production, there is no refund.

Orders for standard (non-custom) designs also require a 50% deposit. Refund, if any, will be at our discretion and not exceed 90% of the deposit.
